Floyd Sweatt Pls

Floyd Sweatt, PLS, currently serves as the Regional Survey Group Leader at the South Carolina Department of Transportation since October 2023, following a long tenure as the Assistant Regional Survey Group Leader from May 1993 to July 2021. In addition to this role, Floyd is the President of Sweatt Land Surveying, a position held since June 2011. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Survey and Mapping Science from East Tennessee State University (2015-2020) and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at The Citadel from July 2023 to July 2025.
