Alona Groza

Alona G. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Founder of StartWiseHires since 2024 and the COO at rinf.tech since June 2015, Alona has successfully driven operational excellence, implemented employee development programs, and fostered cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles include Senior IT Recruiter at Recruit Alliance, HR Manager and Project Manager at Global IT Ukraine, and Advertisement Manager at IT company "Donets." Alona holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management with a focus on Finance from the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine."
