Iustina Zahariea's work experience includes the following:

- Currently serving as an IT Recruiter at rinf.tech since April 2022.

- Previously worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Pentalog HR from October 2021 to April 2022. Responsibilities included sourcing, resume screening, understanding IT profiles, updating the database, attracting candidates in a competitive market, and directly approaching candidates for various profiles such as Java Developer, Frontend with JavaScript & React/Angular, PHP Developer, QA Automation & Manual, Go Developer, Python Developer, iOS & Android Developer, and DevOps.
