Mădălina Mohorîta

Mădălina Mohorîta has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Starting as a Recruitment Intern at HR friend in 2018, they gained valuable insight into the industry. Following this, they worked as a Freelancer, primarily focusing on IT recruitment, where they successfully attracted candidates through various advertising platforms and updated job descriptions. In 2020, Mădălina joined rinf.tech as an HR Recruiter, contributing to the recruitment and selection process for Business Application and R&D Embedded roles. Mădălina also participated in HR and technical interviews, as well as handled job offers. In the same company, they were promoted to the position of Team Lead Recruitment starting in December 2022.

Mădălina Mohorîta pursued their education at the West University of Timisoara. From 2016 to 2019, they focused on Human Resources Development. Later, from 2019 to 2021, Mădălina went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, still at the same institution.
