Sorina Săpunaru

Sorina Săpunaru's work experience includes various roles in the field of technical recruitment. Sorina started their career as an IT Recruitment Intern at Pentalog HR in February 2020 and worked until November 2020. In March 2021, they joined Codegile as an Information Technology Recruiter and left in May 2021. Currently, they are employed at rinf.tech, where they started as a Tech Talent Sourcer in July 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Junior Technical Recruiter in June 2022.

Sorina Săpunaru holds a Master's degree in Management and Business Strategies from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov. Sorina completed this degree from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the same university, which they completed from 2018 to 2021. In terms of additional certifications, Sorina obtained an HR Inspector certification from the Ministerul Educației Naționale in October 2019. Sorina also holds a Level 4 Certificate of Qualification in Teaching, which they obtained from the same institution in July 2018.
