Maryam Bates has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety, having served as Quality System Manager at McCormick & Company from 2016 to 2018 and held various roles at Pilgrim's from 2014 to 2016, including Quality Assurance Manager and HACCP Superintendent. Maryam is currently the EHSQ & Sustainability Director at Ring Container Technologies, where they lead safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives. Maryam earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Shiraz University and a Master of Science in Nutritional and Food Sciences from West Virginia University.
