Christopher Ulm has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and education. Christopher started their career as an Electrical Engineer at McGuire Engineers in 1994, where they worked until 1996. Christopher then joined Arnold and O'Sheridan, where they served as an Electrical Engineer from 1996 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Partner and Senior Electrical Project Manager at Ring & DuChateau, LLP, a position they held until 2023. During their time at Ring & DuChateau, they also took on the role of Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. In addition to their engineering work, Ulm has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Marquette University since 2015 and at Milwaukee School of Engineering since 2007.

Christopher Ulm obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1994. Christopher then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the same school, graduating in 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from NCEES in October 2005. It is unclear when and from which institution they obtained the LEED BD+C certification, as the information is missing.
