Ashley Wilson possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Ring since June 2021, Ashley previously held multiple roles at T-Mobile from October 2010 to June 2021, including Manager of a Team of Experts, Supervisor of Customer Retention, and Senior Customer Service Representative.
