Caitlin Lambert

Caitlin Lambert has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Caitlin began their career at U.S Embassy Bogotá, Colombia, where they worked as a Consulte Office Assistant, conducting surveys and analyzing data. Caitlin then moved on to Oxygen Exp as an Executive Assistant, where they handled administrative tasks and provided support to the team.

In 2017, Lambert joined Charter Communications as an Enablement and Knowledge Management Analyst, responsible for organizing content and supporting enablement processes. Caitlin later took on a role at Virginia Tech as a Global Political Economy Study Abroad student, focusing on European affairs.

Lambert returned to RingCentral in 2019 as Sales Enablement Support and Development, where they performed analytics and developed training programs. Caitlin also gained experience at CommonWealth of Scholars Honor Society, serving as President and Executive Board Public Relations Chair, overseeing events and managing communications.

At Virginia Tech, Lambert worked as a Student Program Assistant for Communications at the Office of Undergraduate Education, supporting marketing campaigns and program delivery. Caitlin then rejoined RingCentral, first as a Sales & Services Enablement and Training Intern, and later as Digital Learning and Enablement Analyst, responsible for executing enablement programs and working cross-functionally with different departments.

Most recently, Lambert returned to RingCentral as a Sales Enablement Lead in the Public Sector Sales department, driving the success of the sales team and managing multiple priorities. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver impactful and engaging content, facilitate employee motivation, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Caitlin Lambert's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Public Policy from Virginia Tech, which they obtained between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Patriot High School from 2012 to 2016, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period. In addition to their formal education, Caitlin Lambert obtained a certification as a SalesHood Platform Certified professional from SalesHood in September 2022.
