Craig Chan

Craig Chan is currently the Senior Director of Product Management for Platform & Integrations at RingCentral, leading a team in the development and execution of integration solutions that enhance communication across various platforms. Prior to RingCentral, Craig held multiple leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara, including Director of Software Product Management, where strategic direction for storage products was established, and Director of Software Product Strategy, where a composable services platform was envisioned to improve software development. Craig also contributed as a Director of User Experience Design, emphasizing customer-centric product design, and held earlier positions focused on software engineering and application development at Zaplet and Accenture. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and completed an executive program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in May 2022.
