Jose Serrano

Jose Serrano is an accomplished legal professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal at RingCentral since November 2016, Jose has held several key positions within the company including Vice President & Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Prior to RingCentral, Jose worked at Avaya for nearly 17 years as Associate General Counsel, leading law and contracts teams for the Americas region, managing counsel for international operations, and specializing in Latin American matters. Additional experience includes roles at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs as Corporate Counsel, and AT&T BCS Mexico as Manager of the Legal Department. Jose's legal education includes an LLM in Comparative Law from the University of Miami School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Universidad Anáhuac.
