Julien Rio

Julien Rio is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Associate Vice President of International Marketing at RingCentral since October 2018, where Julien leads a team of 40 across EMEA and APAC, overseeing partner marketing for key global players. Julien's background includes senior marketing positions at RingCentral and the establishment of several ventures, including Marketing Blueprint and CX Therapy, as well as being a founder member of the European Customer Experience Organization. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in eCommerce - Marketing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from ICN Business School. Additionally, Julien authored "Customer Experience Unearthed," focusing on the consumer perspective in customer experience.
