Mohit Tare

Mohit Tare is an accomplished engineering manager with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Conversational AI. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Machine Learning at RingCentral, Mohit leads initiatives in Speech and NLU, including multilingual speech to text, voice activity detection, and automated agent coaching using generative AI. Prior experience includes roles at airtel X Labs as a Senior Lead Engineer where Mohit developed OCR solutions, and as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Dell Technologies, focusing on financial automation using cognitive methods. Previous positions also include work at Citi as a Machine Learning Engineer and at InfoCepts as an Associate Consultant in advanced analytics. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering.
