Sheila Pham

Sheila Pham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and compliance. Currently serving as Director of Legal - Privacy at RingCentral since May 2021, Sheila previously held roles as Senior Privacy Counsel at both RingCentral and Palo Alto Networks. Sheila also contributes as a Board Member for Women in Security and Privacy (WISP), focusing on the advancement of women and underrepresented communities in privacy and security. Prior legal experience includes positions as Associate Attorney at Troutman Sanders LLP and Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP, with a strong background in privacy compliance, litigation, and corporate counseling. Sheila holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
