Tracey Nobel is a seasoned Learning Content Designer and Senior Training Program Manager at RingCentral, with extensive experience in instructional design and technical enablement. Since May 2016, Tracey has streamlined course content creation and delivery for global teams, collaborating with various departments to address training needs, including new hire and product training. Prior to RingCentral, Tracey held positions at Pearson Higher Education as a Digital Content Engineer, and at other organizations such as TeleTech and Aurora Loan Services, focusing on training material development and instructional design. Tracey holds an MS in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a BS in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
