Srilatha Budi has worked in the tech industry since 2008. srilatha began their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, and then worked as a Software Developer IT at Verizon Business from 2010-2011. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Software Developer at Williams Gas Pipeline, and then as a Java Developer at Hewlett-Packard and Comcast from 2012-2013. In 2014, they began working at Nabors Industries, where they held various roles including Sr. Engineering Manager, Technical Development Manager, Development Team Lead, Sr. Systems Analyst, and Sr.Java Developer. In 2018, they moved to RigCLOUD, where they are currently working as a Sr. Platform Engineering Manager.

Srilatha Budi completed their engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2004 to 2008, with a major in Chemical. srilatha also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the same institute during the same period.
