Tone Sandvik

Tone Sandvik has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Rektor at Ringerike kommune since March 2010. Prior to this role, Tone Sandvik held the position of Head of 9th Grade, Student Counselor, and History Teacher at Sørum kommune's Melvold Lower Secondary School from August 2000 to April 2010. Tone Sandvik's responsibilities included administrative duties related to economic management, staff, and school development, as well as coaching students for both vocational and academic careers. Earlier in 2000, Tone Sandvik was the Organization Secretary for the Human Ethical Society in Sør-Trøndelag, managing ceremonies, information dissemination, and administrative tasks. Educational qualifications include a Master in History from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and several certifications focused on management, educational leadership, and digitalization in school leadership.
