Luqman Noor

Luqman Noor is an experienced professional in digital transformation and credit card management, currently serving as the Head of Credit Cards at RinggitPlus since February 2024. Previously, as Manager of Digital & Innovation at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Luqman led digital initiatives for Hong Leong Bank Cambodia, overseeing user requirement specifications and driving a significant increase in digital transactions through the Bakong payment deployment. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Product Operations at Lazada, where Luqman developed promotional strategies to enhance customer loyalty, and a tenure at Astro focusing on e-KYC digital journeys. Early career experience includes positions at Coca-Cola Bottlers and an internship at Celcom Axiata Berhad. Luqman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
