Lauren R.

Lauren R. has extensive experience in product specialization and customer service. Currently, Lauren serves as the Product Specialist Team Lead (Configuration) at RingGo Parking, having progressed from Junior Product Specialist to Product Specialist since starting in May 2018. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Daewoo Electronics as a Customer Service Advisor from July 2012 to May 2018 and at Argos, where Lauren held the positions of Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Advisor and Stock Assistant from October 2008 to July 2012. Academically, Lauren completed A-levels in Psychology, Health and Social Care, and Biology at Hertfordshire and Essex Sixth Form from 2005 to 2007, following GCSEs in subjects including English, Maths, Science, and History at Hertfordshire and Essex High School from 2000 to 2005.
