Izabela Kiwak, PhD has extensive work experience in customer research, insight, and marketing research. Izabela currently serves as the Head of Customer Research & Insight at Ringier Axel Springer Polska. Prior to this, they held roles as a Customer Insight & Research Manager and Marketing Research Expert at the same company. Izabela also worked as a Marketing Research Specialist at Ringier Axel Springer Polska and as a Quantitative Researcher at Kantar TNS. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher at The Workshop of Social and Marketing Research SOMA and as an Academic Lecturer at the University of Economy WSG. Izabela is a member of the Polish Society for Market and Opinion Research.
Izabela Kiwak, PhD obtained their Master of Pedagogy - Andragogy degree from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland in 2006. Later, in 2014, they completed their PhD in Social Science at the same university.
