Rafał Kot

Rafał Kot has extensive work experience in software engineering and IT roles. Rafał began their career as a Network Administrator and Maintainer at Symatrix in 2001 and later worked as a Technical Support Engineer at PROCARD from 2003 to 2004. Rafał then joined PROCARD again in 2005 as a Software Support Engineer, where they developed applications for payment EFTPOS terminals. In 2006, they worked at C16 Internet Studio as a Web Application Developer, focusing on designing and developing internet web applications and CMS. In 2007, they moved to Onet as a Software Engineer until 2011. Since 2011, Rafał has been with Ringier Axel Springer Polska, where they have held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, and currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer. Rafał'sresponsibilities have included creating secure and efficient backend IT systems, maintaining and developing existing systems, and leading a team since October 2016.

Rafał Kot attended the AGH University of Krakow from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained an MSc degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, IT and Electronics. Rafał also received a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2012.
