Zarzycki Rafal has had extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Zarzycki started their career as a marketing specialist at ABBPOL - Software for Professionals in 1996 and later joined Optimus Pascal S.A. in the same role. In 2001, they joined Onet.pl S.A., where they held various positions such as Ad Product Manager, Key Advertising Projects Manager, Advertising Product Team Leader, and Head of Ad Product Development.
In 2008, Rafal joined Grupa Onet.pl SA as the Director of the Ad Product Department, where they served until 2013. Zarzycki then moved on to Media Impact Polska, where they held roles as Director of the Ad Product Department and Director of Ad Operations for several years. Most recently, since 2018, they have been working at Ringier Axel Springer Polska, where they started as the Director of Ad Operations and later took on the role of Director of the Campaign Success Department.
Throughout their career, Rafal has been responsible for managing teams, optimizing advertising activities, implementing marketing projects, and achieving clients' advertising goals.
Zarzycki Rafal received a Master's degree in cognitive psychology from Jagiellonian University from 1991 to 1995.
