Alvin Hiero

Alvin Hiero is an experienced professional with a background in product management and project management. Alvin started their career in 2014 as a Management Trainee at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, where they created and implemented Time Deposit Advice and E-Statement on Temenos. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder at Brandmate Indonesia and a Product Manager at Qlue Smart City, where they led the building of the platform from scratch with a team of ten for four major clients. In 2018, they served as a Product Owner at Tokopedia, leading and helping teams to achieve best in class Customer Service through automation. In 2019, they joined Traveloka as a Product Manager, progressing from Product Manager I to III. Alvin is currently the Head of Product at Ringkas since 2022.

Alvin Hiero obtained a Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Stamford Raffles College in 2011-2012. Alvin then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Administration and Management, General from University College Dublin in 2012-2014. Additionally, they have a Risk Management - Level 1 certification from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan (LSPP).
