William Kuncz is currently a Care Team Representative at Sedgwick, where William serves as the primary point of contact for callers regarding claims application and servicing processes. William also holds the position of Director of Operations at Ringler Associates and is the On Air Personality at WHPT 102.5 THE BONE. Additionally, William is the President of Homemade Podcasts and the Founder of #HMBradio. William has a background in writing and technical communication, with a B.A. in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida.
