Larry R. Thompson

Larry Thompson currently serves as the President of Ringling College of Art and Design, a position held since July 1999. Prior to this role, Larry Thompson was involved with the Flint Cultural Center Corporation from 1993 to 1999 and worked at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1988 to 1992. Larry Thompson holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, obtained between 1973 and 1976, and a Master of Science in Counseling/Education Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, completed in 1970.
