Nicholas Herdemian

Nicholas Herdemian is an experienced Collections Manager with a strong background in customer care and support management. Currently at RingSquared™ since November 2021, Nicholas previously held the same title at Magna5 from November 2004 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing support tickets, providing 24/7 technical support, and facilitating team meetings. Nicholas also played a key role in training new hires and managing collection efforts through professional outreach to clients. Nicholas holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Germanna Community College, earned between 2000 and 2002.
