Donald's previous positions include Regional Manager and General Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing budgeting, daily operations, and safety protocols at multiple ice rinks. Additionally, Donald is the Business Owner of Bighorn Business Advisors LLC, specializing in business development and consulting for small to mid-sized enterprises.
