Hannah Schacherl currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Rinke Noonan Attorneys at Law, focusing on water, agricultural, and environmental matters for private and government clients since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Student Director and Certified Student Attorney at the Clemency Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, where strategies for clemency petitions were developed and federal clemency petitions were authored. Hannah also worked as a Law Clerk for the Anoka County Attorneys Office, drafting civil court briefs and developing oral argument strategies, and completed a legal internship in the Office of Governor Tim Walz & Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan. Additional experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Law School, Learning Abroad Center Outreach Assistant, and internships with U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar and the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN). Hannah holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a degree from the University of Minnesota.
