Ramon Schelwald has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Ramon started their career at PepsiCo International, where they worked as a Team Leader Logistics, responsible for managing a logistics department and overseeing employee coaching, planning, reporting, and safety standards.

Ramon then transitioned into the role of ECR Analyst at PepsiCo before becoming Sales Operations Manager, where they managed the sales operations department, developed sales back-office support systems, and implemented reporting for senior management. Ramon also played a key role in strategic planning and the development of a new field sales force in the OOH market.

Following their time at PepsiCo, Ramon joined Canon Europe N.V. as Trade Marketing Business Development Manager. In this role, they drove trade marketing development in all retail channels across Europe, developed tools and knowledge to support category management approaches, and was responsible for channel-specific development for Canon product groups in the mass retail channel.

Ramon later joined Sony Ericsson as Marketing Manager Retail before moving on to Sonos, Inc. Here, they held various positions, including Global Lead Online Retail Experience, where they developed and executed the online retail strategy, implemented standardization and tools to enhance brand exposure and consumer education, and introduced 3rd party page reporting. Ramon also served as Channel Marketing Manager EMEA, leading the implementation of the selective distribution market model for Sonos in the EMEA region and managing marketing responsibilities for multiple markets.

Ramon then co-founded Torvol, a consumer brand specializing in drone accessories. As the CEO, they successfully launched the brand and developed products that focused on protecting drones and enhancing the travel experience for drone pilots.

In 2020, Ramon joined LITELOK® as Head of Sales, where they grew the omnichannel sales in the UK home market, led the expansion of Litelok in the EU and US, rebuilt the sales team, and focused on increasing marketplace sales and distribution.

Currently, Ramon Schelwald is the Head of Business Development at Rinkel, a company that offers a professional business phone on mobile devices. Ramon'srole involves leveraging the advantages of GSM network communication and providing easy-to-use and cost-effective business phone solutions.
