Larry Moore

Larry Moore has over 41 years of experience in the transportation industry in Virginia. Larry has served as a Senior Transportation Manager at Rinker Design Associates, P.C., a Program Manager at McCormick Taylor, Inc., and a Virginia Transportation Program Manager at Gannett Fleming, Inc. Larry completed their education at Virginia Commonwealth University from 1982 to 1984.
