Michael Wood

Michael Wood is a seasoned commercial real estate appraiser currently employed at Rinker Design Associates, P.C. since July 2020. Previously, Michael held positions as an Associate Appraiser at Horwath HTL from January 2018 to June 2020, and as a Commercial Appraiser at the City of Suffolk Real Estate Assessor's Office between October 2012 and January 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Appraiser at Hotel & Club Associates from October 2002 to October 2012 and as a Financial Analyst at Harbor Group from May 2000 to September 2002. Michael Wood holds a B.S. in Finance from Old Dominion University and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
