Tim Vaughan

Tim Vaughan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Rinker Design Associates, P.C. since July 2012, Tim also holds a Senior Project Manager position at William H. Gordon Associates. Previously, Tim was the Managing Member of Professional Land Consultants, LLC from January 2004 to May 2008, leading a small consulting firm until economic challenges halted operations. Tim's career began as a Project Manager at Dewberry & Davis from 1985 to 2002. Tim Vaughan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1980 and 1985.
