Craig Williams

Craig Williams, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Craig is currently the Director of Sales - Residential New Construction at Rinnai America Corporation, a role they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the National Accounts Manager - Corporate R&R at Rinnai from February 2020 to October 2023. In this position, they managed the Nexstar Network account for Rinnai and implemented strategies to streamline focus and generate new business opportunities.

Before joining Rinnai, Craig worked at James Hardie Building Products from 2014 to 2015. Craig held the role of Business Development Manager for both Beechworth Windows and Fiber Cement products. In these positions, they were responsible for generating new business, targeting prospective specifiers and installers, and aligning dealer channels with the company's product strategy.

Craig also has experience as the President/Owner of J. Craig Homes, LLC from 2007 to 2014, where they oversaw all aspects of the business. Prior to that, they worked as a Channel Development Manager at Textron Specialized Vehicles from 2005 to 2007. Craig started their career at Black & Decker HHI in 1999, where they held various roles including District Sales Manager, Assistant Channel Marketing Manager, Account Executive, and Territory Sales Manager.

Throughout their career, Craig has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of achieving sales goals. Craig has successfully implemented business development strategies, recruited and managed teams, and generated new business opportunities.

Craig Williams, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Concordia University Irvine, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Craig also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Marketing (major) and Spanish (minor) from The University of Alabama, earned from 1994 to 1999. In addition, they completed a summer study abroad program in Economic Policy of European Union at HEC Liège in 1998. Craig also has additional certifications, including a 10 Hour Certification from OSHA obtained in 2010 and a Licensed Home Builder certification from the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board obtained in 2007.
