RiNo Art District
Gerald Horner serves as the Interim Executive Director at RiNo Art District since May 2025. Prior to this role, Gerald held positions as a Real Estate Broker at milehimodern from June 2023 to May 2025 and as a Broker at Kentwood Real Estate from February 2021 to May 2025. Additional experience includes consulting at Schler Productions and producing a feature-length film at DESIGN ONSCREEN, both from January 2020 to May 2025. Gerald was also the Deputy Director at the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art from 2005 until December 2019.

Urban, industrial creative district just north of downtown Denver. RiNo is home to galleries, studios, restaurants, and many small businesses, as well as the annual Crush street art festival, which brings in over 75 street artists and muralists from around the world every September.
