Casey Harlin

Casey Harlin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare, insurance, dental, and digital health industries. They are currently the Founder and CEO of Rinse, which focuses on providing personalized and proactive dental care. Prior to Rinse, Casey served as an Advisor at Flossy and worked as a Healthcare Product & Innovation Consultant, helping healthcare leaders and founders make an impact through product and design. They also have extensive experience at Delta Dental Ins., where they held roles such as Vice President of Product Strategy, Vice President of Product, Design, and Customer Experience, Director of Marketing, and Manager of Digital Strategy. Casey played a crucial role in driving product innovation, building modern product and design capabilities, and implementing agile product development practices at Delta Dental. Additionally, Casey co-founded Dazzle Bar, a studio whitening experience, and held positions at Archer Daniels Midland as a Product Manager and IT Business Analyst.

Casey Harlin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Illinois System. They also have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Illinois University. In addition, Casey has completed the Launchpad Accelerator program at Stanford University, where they studied Lean Startup. They have also completed the d.School Executive Education program at Stanford, focusing on Design Thinking Bootcamp: From Insights to Innovation.
