Darshil Jariwala

Darshil Jariwala has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as President of AIESEC in 2008. In that role, they achieved 250% growth in the Corporate Incoming Exchange Sector, as well as the highest member recruitment within the calendar year. Darshil then went on to serve as Vice-President Talent Management and External Relations and Communications Manager for AIESEC, during which they increased the retention rate of members from 34% to 66%.

In 2011, Darshil Jariwala became a Graduate Student at Northeastern University. In 2013, they began working as an Operations and Process Engineer for Micro-Design, Inc., where they developed the first Value-Stream Map for all organizational processes and saved the company approximately $120,000 per annum.

Darshil Jariwala then joined HelloFresh USA in 2015 as a Planning and Control Manager, where they developed systems and tools to sustain and plan for manufacturing and delivering 52% of the national volume, and achieved 178% growth across the first two quarters.

Finally, in 2017, Darshil Jariwala began working as Director Of Corporate Operations at Rinse. In this role, they led the central operations team of subject matter experts, owned process management and development for the company, and worked with the Executive team in defining focus areas and strategies for the company. Darshil also created approximately $180,000 in annual savings by centralizing driver operations and standardizing local operations.

Darshil Jariwala holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University, and an HSC in Science from Gujarat University.
