Madison Dalton

Madison Dalton currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Rinsed, a leading customer relationship management software provider for the car wash industry, since April 2025. Prior to this role, Madison held several positions at Ellevest, including Director of People Operations, where the organization focused on empowering women to invest through automated platforms and financial services until its acquisition by Betterment. Madison began their career at Harnham as a Recruiter specializing in Engineering, Analytics, and AI, and also gained experience as an Analyst in a student-managed investment fund at the College of Charleston.
