Niels Joaquin

Niels Joaquin is an experienced data science leader currently serving as the Head of Data Science at Rinsed since May 2025. Prior to this role, Niels held positions as Data Science and Engineering Lead at Kimberly-Clark for one year and VP of Data Science and Data Engineering at Thinx Inc. from April 2021 to May 2024, where strategic initiatives led to the development of significant data models and integrations. Niels also contributed as Sr. Director of Data Science at Maven Clinic and as VP of Data Science at Care/of, where foundational data science teams and innovative projects were established. Earlier career experiences include roles at FiftyThree Inc., Bonobos, Groupon, and positions in research roles at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Kellogg School of Management. Niels holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
