Chad Bean has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment industry. Chad started their career at Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiter in April 2012 and worked there until September 2013. Chad then joined Spencer Ogden as a Senior Consultant in September 2013 and was promoted to Principal Consultant in June 2015. In October 2015, they moved to GQR Global Markets as a Vice President and later became a Senior Vice President in August 2016. Chad served as an Associate Director from October 2017 until April 2019. Currently, Chad Bean is the Chief Executive Officer at rinv.io (Ignite Recruitment) since April 2019.
Chad Bean attended Sam Houston State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
