Fabian Maier

Fabian Maier is an experienced professional in logistics and product management, currently serving as the Head of Product Excellence at RIO | The Logistics Flow since April 2021. In this role, Fabian is focused on developing customer-centric products and driving digital transformation within the logistics industry. Previous roles include Product Owner for a central communication platform at an automotive manufacturer and Customer Solution Manager, where logistics expertise was integrated into agile development teams. Fabian is also a part-time lecturer at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, specializing in Smart Logistics and Entrepreneurship. Prior experience at MAN Truck & Bus SE includes team lead positions in pre-series logistics and inbound transport optimization, as well as a role as a Supply Chain Analyst. Fabian served as Lead Mentor at the MAN Impact Accelerator, promoting innovative solutions for social and environmental challenges in transport and logistics. Fabian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics from MAN Truck & Bus AG | DHBW Heidenheim, obtained in 2015.
