Ashley Urbom currently serves as a Lead Teacher at Everbrook Academy since October 2023. Previously, Ashley held roles as a Food and Beverage Attendant and Food and Beverage Specialist at Harmony Golf Club from April 2021 to October 2022. In terms of education, Ashley is pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on Human Nutrition at the Colorado School of Public Health, expected to be completed in 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado, anticipated in May 2024. Additionally, Ashley obtained a High School Diploma from Fort Collins High School in 2018.

The Rio was built on the simple promise of providing that little bit of sanctuary – any time you need it. It all began in 1986, when the town of Fort Collins was hungry for some good Mexican food and really thirsty for a decent margarita. Three guys from the Texas Gulf Coast served up something special, and that tradition continues today with seven great Colorado locations – each having a flavor all its own. Our people have always been our secret ingredient. Treating each other well is our way of life.
