Eric Eatherton

Eric Eatherton possesses extensive experience in engineering and management within the mining and power generation sectors. Currently serving as an Area Manager and Principal Engineer at Rio Tinto since January 2008, Eric has played a pivotal role in mine project leadership. Prior experience at Black Hills Corporation includes positions such as Manager of Operational Readiness and O&M Manager for Power Generation. Eric's career began with TIC The Industrial Company as a General Services Engineer and includes significant roles at Kennecott Utah Copper focused on operations and maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, an Associate of Science in Engineering, and an Associate of Applied Science in Petroleum Technology from Casper College.
