Grace Jarvis

Grace Jarvis serves as the Principal Advisor for Talent & Resourcing at Rio Tinto since February 2008, specializing in succession planning, internal talent management, and strategic recruitment processes for senior management roles. Grace has extensive experience in building talent insights, managing diverse talent pipelines, and advocating for diversity and inclusion within the organization. Previously held positions at Rio Tinto include Specialist in Senior Management Recruitment and Senior Recruitment Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed global recruitment execution, talent management, and coaching. Prior to Rio Tinto, Grace was a Senior Consultant at Lefroy Employment Group, managing recruitment for various roles, and began the career as a Front Office Clerk at Hyatt Regency. Grace holds a Master's degree in International Business from Curtin University.
