Jenna-Lee Bartlett

Jenna-Lee Bartlett has diverse experience in the resources and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Crew Leader for Reduction Line 3 at Rio Tinto since August 2019. In this role, Jenna-Lee oversees multiple work fronts, focusing on identifying work constraints and managing structured response plans. Previous roles at Rio Tinto include Contract Coordinator for Reduction Lines, Crew Leader for Cell Start Up (Secondment), Process Controller/Acting Crew Leader, and Process Scheduler (Secondment). Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Jenna-Lee worked at Optus as a Telecommunications Consultant and at EB Games Australia as a Manager. Jenna-Lee completed education at Tannum Sands State High School from 2006 to 2010.
