Leah Chapman

Leah Chapman is an accomplished procurement and project management professional with extensive experience in the mining and resources sector. Currently serving as Manager - Engineering, Major Projects and Improvement at Rio Tinto since January 2017, Leah has been pivotal in implementing strategic procurement strategies and acting as a commercial interface for production-critical issues. Prior roles include Superintendent of Sourcing at Oyu Tolgoi LLC, where Leah led a team managing key supplier relationships, and Sourcing Specialist at Rio Tinto, focusing on end-to-end category management. Early career experience includes sourcing roles at Barrick Gold Corporation and Downer Engineering.
