Melisa Hodzic

Melisa Hodzic is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Rio Tinto since September 2019, Melisa has also held the role of Recruitment Advisor at Mineral Resources Limited from February 2017 to July 2019 and worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Karridale Group between April 2015 and January 2017. Melisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Management from John Curtin University, completed between 2005 and 2008, and has furthered education through institutions such as the Australian Institute of Technology Transfer (AITT) and LogiKal Projects, along with TAFE WA.
