Brad Henderson

Brad Henderson is an experienced professional in the field of construction and design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Tenant Construction at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since December 2013. In this role, Brad builds and maintains positive relationships between RioCan, Tanger, and tenants, while overseeing project design teams and negotiating consultant contracts. Prior to RioCan, Brad worked as a Project Manager of Retail Construction and Store Design at Hallmark Cards, where responsibilities included reviewing Tenant Criteria packages and negotiating construction terms. Brad also held positions as a Retail Store Designer at Loblaw Companies Limited, a Product Designer at Comtek Advanced Structures, and a Junior Product Designer & Estimator at ISPA Woodworking Ltd. Brad holds a SolidWorks Training Certificate from Javelin Technical Training Center and a degree in Architectural and Millwork Design and Millwork Construction from Conestoga College.
