Elton Dervishi

Elton Dervishi, GPC.D, is currently the Director and Assistant Corporate Secretary at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Elton served as Assistant Corporate Secretary at First Capital REIT from September 2016 to November 2021, and held the role of Senior Corporate Law Clerk at Centerra Gold Inc. from February 2014 to May 2016. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Law Clerk and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Aastra Technologies, Law Clerk at Yak Communications, and Corporate Securities Law Clerk at Mackenzie Investments. Elton holds a GPC.D designation from Governance Professionals of Canada and has earned multiple certificates in corporate governance. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from the University of Tirana and a Law Clerk diploma from Seneca Polytechnic.
