Jeffrey Stephenson

Jeff Stephenson, CLS has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of National Property Management at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since February 2013. In this role, Jeff oversees property management and operations for a national portfolio of over 200 properties across Canada. Prior positions include Vice President of Operations for Central Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, as well as Vice President of Leasing, focusing on retail leasing for 28 enclosed shopping centers and urban mixed-use projects. Jeff's previous experience includes serving as Director of Real Estate at Primaris REIT, Director of Leasing at Oxford Properties Group, Senior Leasing Manager at Bentall Kennedy, Leasing Manager at Hammerson, and Marketing Director at Sifton Properties Limited.
