Preyaa Soni

Preyaa Soni is a seasoned professional in asset management with a diverse background in real estate investment. Currently, Preyaa serves as the Manager of Asset Management at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since October 2022. Prior to this role, Preyaa accumulated experience at Starlight Investments, progressing through positions from Analyst to Senior Analyst and then Junior Asset Manager between September 2020 and October 2022. Preyaa began the career journey at Armel Corporation as an Analyst in Development for a brief period in 2019. Academic credentials include an MBA in Real Estate and Infrastructure with a focus on Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Gujarat University.
